A scultpural form made of a thick brass ribbon, twisted and bent to give to create an impression of a figure surrounded by a rounded frame. Running through the right-side of the form is a brass cylinder. The overall image is a reference to the virtue 'Strength', frequently depicted by a feminine form supporting a column.
